How do I defeat large players in Kiomet?

Use supply lines to automate unit movement. To create a supply line select one of your towers and drag like normal. If you see a moving dashed line, you've succeded.

Kiomet doesn't have an end, but reaching #1 on the leaderboard is a good goal. Players on the all-time leaderboard managed to accumulate 50,000+ towers over several days of gameplay.
